  Lovely helpful friendly staff. Small but spotlessly clean rooms. Close to railway station - but the letsbookhotel.com map has hotel in wrong place (google maps is correct). Either turn right out of the north exit and head east - you should see a 7eleven - it's a 100 yards passed that, or come out of the east exit, turn left and then right at the ... what people say » lights - again it's passed the 7eleven. Stayed at a few Toyoko Inns and apart from one I stayed in at Nagoya which had a stupidly small room, they are - Simple accommodations. Not high expectation, delivers consistent product. Not all hotels have Wi-Fi. I'm very happy that you have it available ++++.

  Very good location. Excellent, helpful staff, with fair spoken English. Nice, clean rooms (we stayed in two traditional Japanese rooms). Good location if one is willing to walk a little from the designated hotels where the bus liners from the resorts stop (we walked in the dark two blocks in a snowstorm from Hotel Tobu, after getting off the bus f... what people say » rom Kiroro Resort, but we enjoyed it!). The little restaurant downstairs was lovely and fairly-priced. - Staff were really friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help me to change to a room with better wifi reception. The room was quite sufficient for 3 adults and some small/medium luggages, but most importantly clean and comfortable. It's about 15 minutes walk from the JR Sapporo station, which is not so bad as long as you're not carrying a ton of luggage with you. Would definitely come back again!

  I liked: 1. The various facilities e.g. microwave, computer, printer (Although I failed to print my file and was reluctant to ask the front desk staff.), coffee dispenser, which are all free. 2. The coin laundry. 3. The spacious and bright lobby. 4. The cosmetic package gift. 5. The bath sponge. It was so nice, especially aftera long day's trip. I... what people say » have never got such a thing in other hotels. - The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and conveniently located near the station and downtown area. Great amenities, safe parking, and the hotel staff spoke English! All in all, a great deal. I plan to stay there again the next time I'm in Kushiro.

  We arrived 2 hours early before check-in time on a rainy day and were immediately checked into one of the larger room. The room is nicely deco and very clean.The windows are facing the lake and you can even get a view of the Yutei mountain on a clear day. The Pension is run by a friendly couple with a helper who can speak Mandarin and English thus... what people say » was able to be our translator. We stayed for 2 nights so were able to sample both western and japanese style cooking for dinner and breakfast. The - The pension is clean and comfortable, with the summer fireworks show visible from the lake view room windows. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and a great value for the money. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, even with limited English ability. Overall, we highly recommend this place.
