  Lovely little place to stay in. The owner of the hotel, Max and his wife were very welcoming and embrace you as part of their family. Dinner and breakfast was simple but nonetheless delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for accommodation in the niseko region!

  The hostel is full of information. You can find information about sounkyo easily. The location is not too far from bus stop but we arrive there at night time so it is a bit difficult to find. Luckily there is a taxi offer us a lift for free. The hostel is like typical Japanese style hostel: wooded made, shared bath room but I can't find basin for ... what people say » washing face. The beds are clean and comfy. We stayed in 4-p dorm room. There are bikes and i think for free (I don't see rent cost) you can borrow hi - a small hostel which is located conveniently for access to the mountains. good food and access to a wonderful onsen in the hotel next door.

  Supermarket it's just 7 minutes walk away, we bought our dinner there everyday. You can get their local food, drinks and almost everything in the supermarket. The room is very spacious, outside scenery is wonderful. The landlady is very kind to us although she can't understand english well, we manage to use sign language to communicate with each o... what people say » ther. - There was a family style bath, and we were served authentic Japanese which the host family ate also, so we got to experience the life of a typical Japanese family.   The man I met (probably the owner) was very courteous and helpful and was able to attend to all of my questions. Everything seemed clean and in working order. - Nice little Guesthouse very close to the railstation. Big japanese room for a fair price!

  A hostel in Hakodate, quite far from the Hakodate Station, but close to the sea. The Ryokan has no elevator, and if your room is in the 2nd floor, you have to lift your luggage upstairs and take it downstairs yourself, and no towles, toothbrush...you have to prepare the daily stuff yourself.
