Nice hotel close to shin-osaka station (shinkansen trains). Great location to visit Kyoto (14' minutes away) owning a JR pass when hotels are full or not cheap. To reach the hotel exit the shinkansen checks and follow directions to Midosuji subway line, then look for exit 6. Proceed down the stairs then straigth for 300m Wireless connection only in the lobby. Laundry machine available. It's good for solo traveller like me. The facilities were good and clean enough. I enjoyed staying there. But it takes time to find hotel at first I dont know what route to take to hotel. Staff cant speak English much but they are willing to help at anything.

A very good base for those who are traveling with JR pass and want to explore Kansai. Good value for money. The staff were ridiculously friendly and helpful, they definitely went outside their job description when we asked for help - being two Australian travellers who couldn't speak a word of Japanese. Staff were so friendly, room was pretty comfortable, tho showers are a little small. But most of them are in Japan. Buffet was awesome, and hotel is very close to JR/subway station. The hotel was very inexpensive but still clean and a good location. The hotel was geared towards younger travels which was fine but may not suit older travelers. Location was great, saw the hotel right from Shin-osaka station. Facilities were clean and really well-equipped despite the small size of the room. Cheap. Standard business hotel. My head scraped the ceiling while showering. Wifi was really poor in the room. Could only access wifi in the lobby!. Nothing. No wifi in room, there's a wifi in the lobby though, but hardly any places to sit. 3 wooden chairs, that's it. There was a massive bug in my room. Not a cockroach, disgusting nevertheless. It was under my pillow. I killed it with the hotels slippers and threw them in the trash. No Wi-Fi Took ages to process booking. Internet wi-fi connection just in the lobby. Tiny shower, you can't help hitting your elbows against the wall. Can be noisy at night wifi only available in reception area and in floor 2. Room very very small but good price. A bit far from the city's main districts. I like everything, but Wi-Fi connection to the rooms would be better. When its humid, the bed really sticky. too far from where souvenirs are sold. The only hotel in 8 weeks who has charged for internet. I admit that I felt angry about this so would not stay there again. Walls are thin and sounds from surrounding rooms and street can be a nuisance for light sleepers. This hotel is just nothing special. Not cleaned properly Damaged/dirty room. Basically no English spoken among the staff. Wifi only on certain floors, but there was no place to sit down or anything like that. poor wi-fi internet. Too small room. No bicycle parking and no intention to find a solution other than parking your bicycles 500 meters from the hotel (there was enough parking space for cars though), no wifi in our room and I could not stand upright in the bathtub (I am 'only' 1.90 meters).
