This is a traditional house that you fully get to rent. It is a traditional house, so expect tatami floors, futon beds, low table etc. It is the real thing, where many other hotels in ryokan style are more imitations of japanese housing styles. There's even a washing machine at your disposal. I liked the proximity of the apartment to Kyoto Station, and the owner seemed very nice, left a note and guide explaining how to use the residence.
