I stayed here because i had a flight out in the morning from kansai airport. The free shuttle bus picked me up from the airport and also dropped me there in the morning. The hotel is good the staff very friendly and the onsen on site is excellent and the nicest i have experienced in japan. Also the massage chairs are the best i have ever used. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Rooms were comfortable, slightly small to international standards, very clean. There was also a hot-spring spa, but unfortunately did not have time to check it out as were busy sightseeing! Wasn´t hard to find from the train station, but if the weather is hot, it´s a bit too long walk (20min) with baggage. Hotel offered a shuttle bus to Kansai airport for free. Took about 15 mins to get there. the hot spring bath facility. Instructions were to contact the hotel for a timetable... There was NO directions to find the shuttle bus - it is via exit H (south) of the airport - the hotel shuttle buses are located around the corner, with Garden Palace Hotel departing from stop S-12. Luckily had enough time to find it!! And found the timetable via pictures on their website!. Bed was on the hard side...wished it was a bit softer . But with all other amenities providef in hotel and price, should not be complaining. Nil. No shuttle bus services to Rinku Outlets. The room was very small. The bed or the linen smelled a bit weird. The bathroom was uncomfortable. Poor waterpressure in the shower, at least in the 5th floor. A bit deppressing feeling in the room. the limited hours for hot spring bath as it is share between male and female. If possible pls try to allocate separate bath for male and female respectively. The location was a bit far from the train station, the only way to reach hotel is only via taxi. The facilities in the room are old, and no place for luggage. The beds are not comfortable, hardly have a good sleep with the noisy air conditioner. When got up the first time in the morning, found a small swelling on the face, didn't feel itchy, took me another day to see it gone.
