Hot bath Onsen, after the check-in made they display your name on a bord they hang at the front of the hotel(make you feel like you are a star). The japanese breakfast is really authentic and delicious, and the staff working there are really really kind and friendly. Outdoor and indoor onsen. Wonderful local food. Location by Lake Ashi was great and it was accessible easily from train station.
