It is next to the central gate for the Shinkansen on level 3. Look for the Coffee Shop to the left of the gate - it's close to that. Immaculately clean, great staff, room was compact but had every convenience you would need. Definitely would stay here again. Direct train to Kansai Airport (Haruka Express) and 1 stop from Osaka station. Great place to stay on your last day cause the hotel will keep your bags for you and then you can go direct to the

  Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.
