  Best possible location. Clean, good rooms, nice décor. The Owner very helpful, personally found out for us how to get to Noto by bus. The idea with breakfast in the café is excellent – it’s the best located café opposite il duomo with tables outside, good coffee and croissants and ‘the view’. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area (you can ... what people say » get there by car I believe but no traffic at all). The street gets busy over the weekends and you can hear people walking and talking until late (but - To be able to lean out the window and look into the centre of Piazza Duomo was just amazing. Very clean comfortable room with a good bathroom, air conditioned and quiet thanks to two rows of double glazing. Sitting in the Piazza Duomo cafe having the included breakfast was fantastic and driving our car out of the hotel's garage through the middle of the pedestrian square like local residents was simply priceless. The owners were really helpful and we can thoroughly recommend this place.

  We were upgraded to a suite for the room price, the chef cooked to order for us on two occasions, the meals were delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful - The Spa like attitude of the hoteland the way it was set up.The resturant was excellant.

  The Hotel Livingston is on the edge of the island of Ortigia. When you eat in the fourth-floor hotel dining room, the windows on three sides look largely over the Mediterranean, but also over old rooftops. It's easy to walk to anywhere in Ortigia from there. Or just to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the rocks. - We really loved the Hotel Livingston's neighborhood. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.
