  An excellent place to stay. We lost our car keys and Maria Louisa offered to walk around with us to try and find them. She then offered us the use if her car until the hire car company replaced ours. Excellent service ! - When we opened our shutters we could almost touch the church across the road. Maria was so friendly and gave us a lift back ... what people say » to the train. Mondovi's old village is very quaint - well worth an overnight stay

  Lo Studio is very good value for money, excellently located and originally decorated. Each room is different and has a particular charm of its own. Hemmingway lovers should stay in the red room where a film about the author was shot. Tiziana certainly makes you feel welcome and will help whenever needed. The breakfast in the bar opposite is perhaps Spartan by Anglo-Celtic standards but it does - Very friendly hosts, great little oasis garden with spa pool in garden. Room was clean, the colourings of the room are distinct each room has it's own theme. I would recommend upgrading during hot weather to ensure a room with cross ventilation and not facing the town square.
