  Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. They served a lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room in the morni... what people say » ng to add to it all. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  My husband and I along with 3 children stayed in the apartment of this beautiful hotel Easter weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The day we arrived we enjoyed a wonderful 4 course meal with a bottle of wine overlooking Verona. We both agreed it was the best meal we had on our holiday.   The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent! From the friendly staff, the amazing ala carte breakfast (it's like buffet a... what people say » ctually, where you can eat as much as you want, except that the food is served by the waitresses, amazing pizza omelette and chocolate muffins), the b - - Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra). But it`s not really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to take a taxi (7,5 eur). - The room was big, clean, quiet and very stylish as well. - The staff was friendly.
