Nuova Opera Rooms is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts were very friendly and we were surprised when we realised on the second day of our stay that they were identical twins :)) The room was very clean, full of light and with a great view over the hills. Everything was automatic. The breakfast on the terrace was very good with various croiassants, bread, cookies, fruits etc. The wi-fi was working excelent. Specifically, when we arrived we've been told that our double room was booked only for one person and not for a couple. the entrance was a little confusing,better signage would help . It's a little bit further out that I would have liked. The only complain is that the breakfast needs improvement. The quality of the very few things was very nice. Is is not so hard to boil 5 eggs and do some scramble eggs... Nothing. NO concierge on weekends. NO support in this respect att all. We could not get a taxi and missed an event.
