Excellent staff showing exceptional customer service. Centrally located. Everything was perfect.breakfast, location and very nice staff and decoration of the hotel is quite good. It was clean and well run, and the employees were very helpful!. Great room. Good location. The location is good--within walking distance to the city center and a 15-minute drive to the airport.

The site of the hotel is very convenient if you travel by train.The hotel is situated very well. It is not in the centre of the main tourist attractions which we found very good, as driving in the hub of the tourist centre proved to be a nightmare. The situation of the hotel is as such that one can easily walk to all the fantastic historical sites, yet it is easily accessible by car. The personell at reception were very helpful, especially on information about Verona itself and made good reccomendations. Location of the hotel is pretty central.Convenient for historic centre / arena, approx 10 - 15 minute walk. Train station approx 10 minute walk. Late afternoon male receptionist miserable, not at all friendly, concerned or helpful after he requested passorts at check in and we explained these had been stolen on our visit to venice. We were staying on a Sunday between Christmas and New Year. We asked for somewhere close to eat, but both recommendations were closed. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful.We tried to spend one night in the bar of the hotel. No use, the other nights, we stayed in the city. A good hotel for sleeping and breakfast, and that is it!. The rooms were not insulated properly and sounds from neighbouring rooms could be heard clearly.The bar closed early on Monday evening and we could not get a glass of wine after the concert at the arena . We had to goout again. very poor breaksfast. Poor air conditioning system. Maybe in the future a redecoration of the rooms would be nacessary, as theyhave characteristics of late '80s - early '90s. In any case the hotel is of good quality, well maintained and very clean.We visited Verona in the middle of winter, and the rooms were too warm, which felt as if we suffered from a lack of Oxygen. The room information was inadequate to operate the heating system and we had to resort to asking the room cleaning staff to turn down the heat, which they did, and although not completely satisfactorily, it was a great improvement afterwards. There was that smell in my room, as if it was all smoked out and worn out, though I specifically requested a non-smoking room.Bar closed early for city hotel. The hotel provides a computer for the guests to use. At the same time, they object an idea to add a printer and in addition to that refuse to print out from a memory stick.Restaurant facilities were limited. Bar had limited opening times, 7pm to 11pm and had no separate seating area away from the main reception area. The room wasn't worth a 4star unfortunately. 140€ was way too high. Have experience with another hotel within the same group and was dissapointed.No slippers, no robes, did not seem to have the usual four star facilities. Some of the staff that served breakfast was not very service minded. Seemed stressed and in a bad mood. Had one room close to the elevator. Very noisy and disturbing during most of the night. The hotel should have informed about this and should also have given a discount on the room rate. When we talked to the staff they even said that others had complained about the same without doing nothing.un availability of Resturants. Staff were very rude and unhelpful especially in the dining room whichwas not big enough to accomodate the guests staying let alone when full.This was breakfast we did not have dinner in. Lots of gusts wrecomplaining.
