I was very pleasntly surprised by it all, the location was fantastic, very central, the hotel was of a very high standard, clean and warm. The staff, which were mainly family were extremely helpful and very friendly and were very accomodating to our needs. A little treasure and fabulous find, would definitely recommend it. Although small, the room and bathroom were very clean and nicely appointed. Modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Pleasant, attentive staff.City just accross Theater. The friendliness of the staff and the central location of the hotel. Room 21 was lovely!. Best thing about this hotel is the situation. It's in the centre and takes only one minute to go see Castlle Vecchio or Piazza Bra. Good hotel if you don't expect so much luxury and want just have a place where to rest after runing whole day in town. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Central location to Arena. Street noise was quite bothersome even with shutters closed. Coffee was terrible.Suite near the main road very load. Even when windows are closed. Request quiet room. Our first night, we were in a very small room but we were moved the next day to a larger one with a balcony. Both rooms however, were incredibly comfortable and clean.At breakfast there was only few things from to choose.
Room was quite small and wind came in from the balcon door (only 50 cm from bed). It was definitely not worth it to pay 200 euros for two nights in ahotel with no elevator, for the poorest breakfast we ever had and a verysmall room. The room was small,cramped, dark we could not open the shutters as too close to Air con units on the small veranda. The reception was the breakfast area/kitchen and very hot. There was no one to help with heavy cases and we had to park far away. There is a restriction for vehicles entering Verona at certain times which we were unaware of. With hindsight we should have bused in from outside city.
