Ideally located just meters away from la Piazza, yet very calm. Has a brand new wine bar in the neughbouring hotel, belonging to the group, and two restaurants in 20 m distance. Richly decorated, very high ceiling room and very friendly staff. - Csaba

Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value. - Deirdre

Very nice hotel with lovely decor.very good value for money as we paid270 euros for two nights bb and had a boat ride to murano included.Thebreakfast was also very good although could get a bit crowded and somepeople had to wait for a table.The location to st marks square isexcellent and directions from traveller on trip advisor were brilliant. - Joanne

The was a very small hotel with a homey atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location because it was off the beaten path and we had to actually walk and see other things to get places. If you don't like to walk you can always take a water taxi. The rooms were nice, clean and you get served a nice complementary breakfast each morning. Very affordable as well! - Leslie

The location was excellent, out of the busy area, a beautiful walk to and from the hotel to San Marco (15mins approx) with the best view of Venice that so many people will not get to see. The breakfast was good with a large selection and was a perfect way to start the day. - Anonymous

Although the menu was the same each day, the food was plentiful freshly prepared. The breakfast room staff were very accomodating. The front desk staff were very attentive to any requests, very helpful and graciously answered our many questions, especially Carlos. The room and hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. It was also conveniently located near the Rialto Bridge and St. Marks Squar - Harvey

I loved everything! Perfect! 1) the hotel: It's one hotel-design, withmodern look! A good/basic breakfast is served into the bedroom. 2) thebedrooms: There are beautiful, big and confortable bedrooms withprivative wc's, including the “standard” one. The bathroom, with wcand shower, is big and clean! I’m allergic, and there isn’t carpet inthe bedroom. - Anonymous
