We stayed in a 2/Bedroom 6 sleeper apartment which we found to be very spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff were very helpful. Being our first visit to Venice and having read that it was a little difficult to find (true as the venue is not well sign-posted), we called the duty manager from the nearest water taxi stop (S. Angelo) and he took the trouble to meet us and escort us to the apartments (5 minute walk) where he settled us in. We found the location to be very good with easy acce

Everything was great.
Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal).
Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).

The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. I would recommend this place to anyone. -

Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view.
