The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided. The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel. The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily stai in Hotel
