The balcony overlooking the gondolas was classic. I highly recommend this and consider the price to be a great value in the context of an expensive city.

The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. I would recommend this place to anyone. -

Position is great, accomodation was perfectly ok, value for money was pretty good considering it is Venice. Internet connection was fine, timed out a few times but disconnecting and reconnecting sorted it out. -
