If you are looking for somewhere with a bit of a caring, personal touch - this is the place to stay! The owner was really lovely to us - because it was our honeymoon, there was a bottle of prosecco in our room when we arrived! Nice way to take the edge off the jetlag :) The room was really clean, and the B&B was very close to Piazzale Roma. -

Great location to stay when visiting Venice - all the major attractions within walking distance, yet in a quiet area away from the crowds. we found it easy to find with the provided maps. Campo santa Margherita is a great spot with various bars for cilling in the evening after a hard day's sightseeing - try the Cicchetti for delicious snacks.

Sabina is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She gave us great advice about things to see and places to eat, even to making a reservation for us. The location is very convenient to the airport vaporetto, and directions were simple and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet with little tourist traffic. The room was perfect, the bathroom pristine. Everything was first rate.

Were able to sleep 5 in one room for the night, very affordable, in the
heart of the city, and easy enough to get to from the airport via the
Alilaguna water service. We did have to haul all our cruise luggage
through the streets from the stop, and over 2 canals, but was worth it

The location of the hotel was perfect, just 5min walk to St Mark's
Cathedral, and on a very fancy street with many brands' stores. The
staff was very friendly (thanks to Reymond). The hotel by mistake charge
our money before we go, but as an apologize they offered us a free
champagne and cookies, which we appreciated. The room size was enough
for us, and the bathroom was completely renewed. On the breakfast they

Excellent location, near San t'Angelo station and San Marco. the apartment is very spacious for my family (5 pax) very modern design, comfortable bed, complete kitchen amenities,it has everything you need in an apartment, it even have a weighing scale in the bathroom! We stayed at the Three Bedroom Apartment San Marco, fantastic location. Only about 150 metres up a walk way from Rialto Water Bus Stop, which is also a stop for the airport boat. A short 5 min walk into San Marco Square. Close to supermarket and nice little coffee shops. Very large apartment with lots of room for us - 2 adults and 3 kids. It also had 1 /12 bathrooms which made it easier. Kitchen was good, not alot of crockery/glassware but we made do. Apartment was incredibly clean, love

The host was very helpful and welcoming and the view from the BandB is sensational.
