What a wonderful place! Behind the door was hidden a beautiful courtyard which led to a cery smart reception with incredibly friendly, helpful staff. the apartment was great - lovely decor, matble bathrooms. Kept worrying they were going to add a zero to our bill at check out but they didn't (out of season) - incredible value for money. And the location was perfect for the Biennale - took a boat straight there from the airport. Feels like a non- touristy area. Will definitely be returning.

We are a family of 5 who appreciated the 3 bedrooms. The apartment was basic but clean. It was away from the crowded parts of Venice bit close enough to walk to everything. We were also able to leave our luggage securely after checking out. Owner was friendly and accommodating. -

This hotel was fairly close to everything. Hotel was close to a square with many restaurants and bars. Room was clean and air conditioned. Room was not fancy but was fine and the hotel was a good value. Staff did not speak English but were still nice.

We loved the place. It's a very well appointed place with excellent decor and furniture. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom shower area was really spacious. The Corte 1321 is located at the Rialto Bridge end of Venice with easy access to the Vaporetto stops. The host Maria was excellent and very knowledgable and helpful, our kids thought she was wonderful.
