Very comfortable, very modern hotel - almost new. Very professional, accomodating staff. Great breakfast. Nice garden/patio area adjacent to the dining lounge, in which to enjoy breakfast. Good location right on a busy canal with a water bus stop right outside. About a 15 min walk to the railway station at S. Lucia. This is a high end, luxury hotel at a reasonable (for Venice) price. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The room was amazing. It was close to everything and was the highlight of our families trip to Europe. Could easily walk to all the attractions , the spa bath was also a great way to relax at the end of the day.
