the room we stayed in was very nicely furnished, relaxing by its colors and comfortable, the idea of a small dressing for the suitcases and clothes gives more space to the room and makes you feel at home, The food is good. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the shopping area. The staff was helpful and professional.

Located in the center, very near to San Marco square. Makes you feel special.

Hotel is next to a crowded street, rooms facing to that street was a little bit noisy in the morning.

Have stayed a number of times at the Splendid Suisse and would do so again and recommend it to friends. Very well situated with rooms well styled although a bit small. The dining room was excellent and staff most helpful. Beautiful since being renovated especially dining room and bar areas. Bathrobes suppllied lovely touch but would be nice if bottle of water was left in room.

Hairdryer in bathroom very poor- breakfast was better on previous visit.

This is a gem. I have absolutely no complaints at all. The suite was lovely, with a little balcony; the room service was excellent; the staff was very helpful. The beds and pillows were perfect.

the staff were amazing.very helpful and professional the decor of the lobby was over thr top beautiful

The location is great. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are so heavenly chosen for our necks. We asked for different types of pillows and they provided right away.

If the hotel could list the transportation more detailed on the website and advised the guests where to take the water bus and save the planning, it would be wonderful. The only way we found out how closely the hotel is located by the water bus station was to ask the hotel front desk the day before we left. It would be much better to learn that after we booked the hotel.

The hotel itself has just been refurbished so was beautiful inside, our room was amazing. It is located in a perfect central location and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly in particular the guest relations person Claudia who was wonderful and could not do enough for us. We actually got married whilst in Venice and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was right in the centre of Venice so it was very convenient.Also the hotel staff were excellent, very friendly, and did everythingto make our stay enjoyable. The lady on reception also recommended anexcellent seafood restaurant that we tried on the last night.

Nothing that we didn't like. There was an initial mix-up with the roombut that was quickly rectified and a bottle of champagne was deliveredto our room to compensate almost immediately

It took us 2 hrs to find the hotel. When we were at the San Marcos square, it is very easy to get to it (as soon as you find it).

Staff was very attentive to our needs--from being very helpful early in the day with baggage storage before we could check in to complimentary champaign in the room. Rooms were very clean and nice, making up for their small size. Breakfast was exceptional.

Internet access should be complimentary for all guests, but was not. The glass roof over the breakfast area leaked water when it rained hard one morning. Overall however, we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We were welcomed by a very efficient receptionist (Claudia). The location was excellent and the complimentary trip to Murano was very successful. Breakfast was served in delightful surrounding and the room was immaculate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visit it again.

Very well situated. Large, clean, comfortable, cosy room.

NOT easy to find especially dragging a suitcase behind you at night. I paid extra for a room with a view on the canal: the window did open onto a small canal, but for the view you had to lean half-way out the small window to catch a glimpse. Not worth the extra charge. Also, even though the cold breakfast buffet was nice, no one explained that a hot buffet was also set up in the next room.

All services of the hotel are excellents. My husband and I , love the hotel and the services are wonderfull. We dinner , the food were excellent and the service, too, ( Lourenço , good ).
