The staff couldn't possibly do anything more to help and that combined with the fantastic boat that is 'BERT' made our trip to Venice the best ever. Yes Bert is berthed on a little island just away from the main tourist hub and requires a little planning and forethought but this just adds to the fun of getting around on little boats in Venice. Finally a MASSIVE THANK YOU :-) to Stefano and all the crew on board Bert.

We took the water bus to the certosa island. Remember you need to tell the captain u wanted to stop at certosa or else he will by pass the island. When we reached jetty, called then owner Stefano, he sent his guy Igo to fetch us with a small boat to the boat we stayed... Welcomed by some sparkling wine and cookies. We chat with Igo while having our cookies, really nice guy. Breakfast is good besides bread u got ham and cheese too. Igo and Stefano also guide us how to take water bus to various location.. Really nice.

U need to take 40 mins water bus from piazzele Roma. it's totally fine with us.

Cabin in a very nice yacht. Staff was wonderful. Breakfasts were the best we had on trip. Great experience despite limitations.

At a remote location and definitely not for physically limited. They do run a boat shuttle to vaporetto. Very limited food options on island

Unexpected experience because you can enjoy in luxury yacht. Very kind and active staff.

Little bit small bed. If you have kids, you feel a bit small.

Excellent value for money, brilliant private location in Venice. The staff went above and beyond our expectations and provided personable and professional services. We strongly reccommend travelers to stay at this property. This is by far, one of the best properties we stayed at in Italy. You will not be disappointed!

We loved Bert :) The staff were amazing, tending to every need. The room was spacious and the bathroom finished to a very high standard. Breakfast on deck was a really relaxing way to start the day. Even though there were others there most of the time it felt like a boat just for us :) location is great for escaping the busy centre of Venice. Would definitely come back again.

The yacht was brilliant, the service was amazing, you couldn't ask for better hosts for a stay in venice. The service from all the staff was brilliant and we got to meet many other lovely people who were staying there throughout our trip.

We were so possitively impressed staying on this yacht... Is totally for 100% relaxful, full of care service which this family gave. The yacht is extra new, all cabines is clean and cared and the breakfast was fantastic. What we liked more is warm friendly attitude to every tourist!! Fabio, Liliana provide all information about how to get back to hotel (and its really easy and safety btw). We would't feel uncomfortable that its not in heart of Venice, on the contrary the position is benefitly great situated. What i liked more: is that to stay in Yacht is particular experience and we enjoyed it a lot. So...Position is great. U always can get to center of Venice and come back even in the night. Internet there is! Breakfast is tasty and fresh! The room is clean and cared. Perfect staying! we recomend this Yacht for people who like comfort, relax, high quality service and sea))

staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Was so nice to relax on board boat instead of with the crowds in the city. breakfasts were fantastic, very well catered for all nationalities highly recommend this boat, was one of our favourite accommodation from our 7 hotels stayed throughout italy.

The motor yacht Bert is without a doubt one of the very best places I've ever stayed, the hospitality on board is in line with that of a 5 star hotel, the breakfast is lovely, the location is peaceful, tranquil but also extremely accessible!! Fabio and Lilian go out of their way to ensure that you have a comfortable stay, but more than that they offer invaluable tips and advice for first timers in Venice. One of the beautiful things about this yacht is because it's roomy and spacious you can feel like your the only people on it, but equally if you would like to mingle with other guests then you can, wi-fi is good and quick, it is truly a little gem, for the price they charge for a room it represents excellent value for money, I would definitely stay with them again!!

Fantastic experience to stay aboard a recently renovated yacht. Manager, Fabio was superb couldn't have been more helpful. A superb way to see Venice. Couldn't recommend it more.

The staff are unbelievably welcoming and were so lovely, they made us feel so at home and relaxed. It is really easy to get to by actv and we had no trouble coming to and from Venice centre. Fabulous breakfast every morning. Beautiful views. Wifi on board for free. Attentive staff with very helpful advice and information.

It is on the island of certosa which for some could be too far away from the centre of Venice. It is also 7 euro per actv (water bus) into the centre and unless you come back later than 9pm you must pay to come back too. But I believe it was fully worth every penny of it! Perfect stay.

the unique calm environment, far enough from the busy atmosphere, yet close enough to the city. SUPER-friendly crew, excellent service (we loved the tender to bert boat that brought us to the vaparetto stop) we liked the very nice rooms, and the airco at night.

Not much to say, except for slow internet in the rooms. And.. Breakfast is OK but might need a little expansion...

It was amazing to have a location outside of Venice on Certosa. It was still close enough that getting to/from Venice proper was no problem, but to have a peaceful break from sometimes overcrowded Venice was one of the best things. The yacht was lovely, such a treat.

There's only one negative that I had - no access to the kitchen. A few nights my friend and I brought home food and we had to constantly bother our host to have access to the food we had brought back. Not idea, yet a minor complaint in view of how lovely it was.

I was very happy the way everything was set up. Very friendly family, very attentive and caring personnel working on the boat and making sure that the guest's stay will be pleasant. One should remember that staying on the boat has certain limitations for size od bathroom and cabin. But this was not a problem for me, as the price for Venice was reasonable from my point of view If I had to come again I will book this boat again.

The location was not very convinient as the last water taxi "Vaporetto" was leaving city around 8 pm. But the boat owner said that from June 2 they will be around area of Arsenale (not far from San Marco) which means that the boat will be a great value for money, no doubt!
