A charming tiny hotel with unique rooms. We were under the roof on the 3rd floor, which gave the room a nice slanting play area for our toddler. Good breakfast, travel books available to peruse, a local guide. Staff were lovely and helpful. location,cleanliness. The location is terrific, close to San Marco, but not too close so it wasn't as crowded, with easy access to Duosoduro. The gondolier ride, offered through the hotel, was excellent and went above the usual tourist routes and information.Very nice staff, pretty large room for the money, great location. The rooms are magnificent!! The bedroom was amazing, staff very accommodating.Good location for sightseeing, comfortable bed, charming. Location, nice spacious rooms and decent size bathroom. Cafes, restaurants and a food shop on the door step. The location is excellent - close to a piazza with a selection of cafes and restaurants, not far from San Marco and Academia.Room was clean and spacious with good shower room facilities. residence apartments fit for big groups. The hotel is situated in a very good area, easily accessible and very close to the most important museums. breakfast starts too late - 7am.breakfast not possible for earlier departures on selected days.It was a little hard to find. We walked right by it 3 times before we saw the sign. Very light touch cleaning (didn't empty bathroom bin while we were there (4 nights). Thought it was prepaid and there was a confusion with manager on last morning. I was in error thinking that it was already paid. Breakfast was only served until 9.30 and there was a smell of stale water in the reception/breakfast area.Cleanliness - our towels were only changed on the 3rd day of stay. Breakfast was basic which was little disappointing given the price.
