the location (3 min walk to Rialto and San Marco square), friendly personell, the room decoration was fantastic.

A delightful surprise. Charming hotel in an excellent location with a wonderful staff. Do not try to Chinese Restaurant across the lane. Very bad and overpriced.

No elevator.

The hotel is well situated and the rooms very very clean and comfortable

The only slight downside is that the room was very small, but this did not really matter too much.

Beautiful rooms, and perfect location halfway between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge.

No elevators in the hotel, and one bridge to cross to get there from the Rialto boat stop, so hauling our huge bags to the room was not fun.
