The apartment we had was really close to the seaside and Giardini, so using the boatlines was simple. Further there were three big yachts directly in front of the double arch.

We are a family of 5 who appreciated the 3 bedrooms. The apartment was basic but clean. It was away from the crowded parts of Venice bit close enough to walk to everything. We were also able to leave our luggage securely after checking out. Owner was friendly and accommodating.

- the owner very friendly and nice - opened to our request - cleaned apartment, with everything you need -close to a supermarket and fairly close to San Marco market. - value for price, really worthed

Located just 200mt from the touristic centre and very close to the ferry stop.

They do not accept credit cards, although did pre-authorize my credit card prior to arrival. AC wasn't working.
