This hotel is situated only minutes from the Rialto Bridge and shops, restaurants and the vaporettos - in a small courtyard hidden behind a maze of alleyways - we felt we were really in the heart of Venice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and looked after our cases (after we vacated our room) for the day free.The room was big,comfortable and warm and overlooked the canal.Would use again.

It was just great and the people very accomodating having to deal with non Italian speaking tourists. recommend very highly.The rooms were of 5 star standard. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The managers and staff willingness to adapt to costumers' requests.Perfect location, beautiful room, relaxed atmoshere, helpful staff. My only complaint was how they charged my cc prior to arriving under a different name and used the reason as "general merchandise". I thought my credit card had been compromised so my cc company had to issue a new card to me. This was very inconvenient!. not clear at the nearest area.the stuff does not speak english, makes it a lot harder for our stay. The room was very noisy because of the old air conditioner. the breakfast is very very poor.
