Important information: if you feel cold, you can turn on a central
heater. You will find the regulator in the corridor next to the front
door. We were in Nice Venice in the beginning of April. It was extremely
cold in our room and we didn’t know that there was a central heater.
Excellent place clean and nicely organized. The place located in the heart of Venice is a lovely spacious house in a small square. it's central location makes it fabulous in the morning since it is located just a couple yards away from the fish market. highly recommended. all reviews »
brilliant location very close to Rialto Market. Very clean and getting your own breakfast worked really well. An old building full of character; sharing a bathroom might not suit all but it worked fine for us. Would definitely stay again.
The owner met us when we got there, gave us a quick rundown, and then gave us the keys. It was the easiest check-in, check-out process ever. It was very clean, comfortable, and easy to find. I would definitely stay there again!.
I liked the fact that the location was great. The room was big, we booked a room for three people and our room was enormous! Everything was very clean. Nice personel. The breakfast was also very well organised.
Diego our host was great at explaining everything! His English is better than he leads on;)
Simple breakfast, but good enough to get you going! Can't beat the location!!.
Amazing location near Rialto markets
Great breakfast with fruit, crackers, snacks etc you can have at any time of the day
Proper espresso maker.
Very central location close to all the sights, well presented room that was cleaned every day. Perfect base to explore all areas of venice.
Fantastic location. On early arrival , only had to wait a few minutes to be let in and leave bags. Very friendly staff.
The location is great - close to everything the Breakfast was lacking
but it was adequate Staff is very very helpful.
The small Bed and Breakfast was just a 5-10 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Our host was thorough and helpful.
The location. In the centre of Venice. Near the great canal and inside the small street of Venice.
Room was very spacious and shared toilets were clean. Pretty decent breakfast spread as well.
The location is perfect.
Ratio price / product is OK.
Landlord speaks enough Englisch.
It is very comfortable and nice B&B that make you like at home.
Clean room, friendly owner, quite, near wet market, near attactions.
It's near ponte Rialto and San Marko. Very quite place.
Great location. Nice accommodation.
Location, ease, cleanliness.
nice staff and good place.
The location and proximity to the Rialto bridge was perfect. It's in a small alleyway, so it's quiet at night. For as expensive as Venice is, the price for this room was decent and in our budget.
The breakfast was very limited, but we appreciate the fresh milk and access to some snacks as a bare minimum.
Good location when we found our room. Easy to remember as close to Rialto bridge. Close good eateries and local market.
Lovely staff, big room. It was good to have a kitchen.
Location.
food.
The location was good.
Flexible check-in.
Actually found it difficult to find firsts time, clearer details on walking from Rialto market please, it really is only a short walk but we went around in circles initially.
I liked everything.
The matras was not that good and there was a lot of noise. But that's normal in a city!.
Bathrooms need to be upgraded a bit!.
Nothing!.
Mattress under covers were not up to my HIGH standards.
The lack of sign indicating the B&B is even there - we got very lost
and had to ask many people for directions. It was not until Diego came
and found us and brought us to the B&B did we finally arrive.
It is a fairly long walk from the train station.
Quite hard to find the location and easy get lost in Venice.
Bathroom should be cleaner (use bleach).
We stayed three nights and two soap gels p.p. is not enough.
The key of the main door did not fit (ringing the doorbell is the "solution").
It is kind of difficult to find it.
It was a little bit cold in the night so we took extra blanket from wardrobe. And it was hard to find the hotel from Central station. For you it;s better to prepare google-route and even buy a map near Central Station.
No ensuite loo.
bathroom need to fixed.
The room and the bed was not extremely comfortable. The shower was small, the TV does not have reception, the internet only works in one corner or the room, the signal is intermittent, and everything in the room is just adequate. The room is fine if you just plan to put your stuff down and go outside, but if you need to spend any considerable time inside, it's just not comfortable.
Hard to find. Booking com and b&b nice. Need better directions otherwise great.
Very noisy. Shared bathrooms weren't cleaned frequently. Kitchen was quite often left unclean by other guests.
Wet walls (is it a usual thing for Venice?), noisy water
cooler/boiler, very poor (to none) Wi-Fi signal in the room on the
ground floor. Breakfast mostly is just sweets for tea, plus juice,
milk and yoghurt. The receptionist doesn't have change, so prepare
small money.
no ac.
There isn't any staff, just someone who gives you a key and then leaves. Never saw anyone else. Nothing seemed to work correctly, including the coffee maker, lighting in the bathrooms, and noisy doors. Also, very difficult to find place, since on an obscure street. I would not recommend this place.
Generally the entire feel of it. We jut felt like we were on school camp or something, It was ok I guess but not a very holiday feel to it and extremely difficult to find at night, with no one around to help - lots of bridges if you're crrying your luggage, but not sure how else you'd get there.
It was very difficult getting someone to let us in after travelling all day & dragging our luggage through the streets of Venice.
Breakfast consisted of crackers, Twinkies (or something similar). I couldn't even get hot water for instant coffee. The small fridge did not work. In my opinion this was below standard.
it's difficult to get there if you bring a huge luggage.Suggest to take the boat to get there.
