The A-location round the corner of the Rialto bridge and the spacious room. Good value for what you pay compared to other accommodations in Venice.

further out rather than closer in to the center of Venice next time. The

The water in the shower was mostly cold, but I was already warned for that by the comments of other visitors and I didn't mind because everything else was perfect.

The room was big, but not very cozy at all. The bathroom was not clean when I first went there.
Staff seemed a little annoyed to have to help us and the kitchen is equipped for cooking.

The water is too small even to start the heater. No enough shower gel. Hard to find the direction.
No air-conditioning!!! Please note this! The weather is very hot in summer, so please never book this hotel in summer!!! And the price of the room is too high for the poor conditions.
