The Manager was really helpful. Decor was nice and the island itself is very nice. They have a nice clean town and beach. The room is very spacious and clean. It is nicely decorated too. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. It is overall a very enjoyable stay in this hotel.Nice quiet area, but only 2 minute bus ride from waterbus. Lovely breakfast, children also liked the hotel, very relaxed. Good traffic, clean, hospitability...Spacious bathroom. Adequate breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good cheap accomodation for families on a budget. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Pleasant ambience, good breakfasts. This hotel was fine. Its pretty cheap in comparison to the other hotels in Venice but some things to note is that it is not actually located in Venice but on an island off of Venice. It is about a 35 minute boat ride to get to Venice, which isn't too much of an inconvenience. The room was a good size, and pretty clean. Free breakfast is really nice.Very warm and clean rooms. Easy bus access to Vaperretto point. Can't think of anything specific. I did not know at time of reservation that the hotle is outside of main Venice on an island. Must use water bus to get there and then walk or taxi. So location was not what I wanted. If possible, it is better to include a "how to get there" information in the website as the hotel is located on the Lido Island, you need a water bus and a bus to go there.It should be mentioned on the internet site of the hotel, that manyrooms - E.G. 50% - are in a basement position. It is far not clearfrom the attached photographs...One expects a sunny, airy room...andwhat gets is something else. However the basement room was clean andcomfortable. But the expectation based on the internet informationis sg. Else. too many mosquitos - a few nets at the windows would improve the quality of a night's sleep greatly. Could do with more detailed directions about location of hotel and how to get there from Lido vaporetto stop. The furniture is a bit outdated but it was a nice and quaint place to stay.
