Just make sure to read the info of where to check in. Do not try to takeyour car to the actuall hotel adress since your car will not fit in thatwalking alley. Once this was sorted out everyting was perfect with ourstay. Very price worthy and central location. Parking can be a problemand cost money (€1.40/h daytime) and you do get a fine here!. The location is perfect!!! everything is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, even to the point that when we passed by the hotel they went outside looking for me. They gave us maps and tourist information. Residence Sara is located in city center near pedestrian area. Very polite personall, which will not bother you with any exaggeration, but will be there if needed.The appartment was very spacious and and so was the bathroom . The apartment was bigger than I expected, centrally located, good forfamilies. The agent was very helpful. An important point would be totake them up on their facility to park your car. Parking was difficultover a busy week end in August, they offer a service for 15euro's topark your car and drop it back to again the next morning.The apartment was perfectly clean, equipped with kitchen ware and utensils, looked brand new. Perfect location in the old part of the city. Perfect communication and flexibility on the side of both the apartment manager and LetsBookHotel.com - thank you!. I hope to return to Trieste and certainly plan on staying there again.Spotlessly clean apartment and brand new facilities. It was in a lovely area in the old town just a few minutes away from the main square and the sea. Location was perfect. Very clean, well eyuipped apartment with very good location. Very difficult to find because the reception is no close to apartments and I could not find reception because do not have sign, but the staff call me 2 -3 times and explain me.There was no washing liquid in the room, they should leave some as it is not worth buying it for a couple of nights. We had to use the toilet soap. My wife wanted to use the washing machine but could not get it started. It might be a good idea to have some simple instructions,. Yes, could not pay with credit card, becasue the terminal was broken. Had to draw money out of ATM. Not dislike, it is however a lenghty walk with luggage!. Tiny apartment. We paid for a 2-room apartment for 2 adults and a child, but eventually got a very small one with foldable sofa (on which we slept) and a single bed for our son that was placed in sth like a niche en route to the bathroom. The overall cosiness of the place and the location offset the size. The apartment manager gave my husband the choice of a few apartments, maybe his wrong choice. It would be helpful to provide kitchen soap, garbage bag liners, bath soap, and cleanser for countertops, A few coat hangers would also be useful.There was nothing to dislike about our self-catering apartment. I would suggest however that some basic cleaning equipment for the kitchen could be supplied, such as washing-up liquid and a cloth. A kettle and a corkscrew would also have been handy!. Unfortunately both the rooms we were shown had not been cleaned (at 6pm) due to a stuff up between the management and the cleaner. They were quick to resolve though.Il n'y avait pas de quoi faire la vaiselle (produits, torchons...)et un balaie aurait été utile histoire de le passer avant de quitterles lieux !. No air conditioning but staff immediately provided a fan on request. Suggest they have one located in the room during hot summer months.Would also benefit from having extra pillows available. For a small residence it was extremely overpriced (we paid the same in Venice for a nice hotel with breakfast). Rented 2 rooms - the room on the 3rd floor had many flaws (no heat for cooking, shower door broke off, no cookware). A decent apartment, but not a great deal.
