The hotel's customer service is easily 5 stars, but at 2 stars prices. Roberto and his staff have created a welcoming environment for all travels. Located next to the tram, which delivers you to the city center in 15 minutes. Enjoyed their personal touch (leaving toothbrush in room without asking) and offering up an aperitif and snacks after the end of the work day. Will gladly stay there again.

Grazie Roberto - only 100 m to bus station and roberto sells the tickets - I stayed for juventus game agains udinese and Roberto really helps about how to get into the stadio. Extremely friendly staff welcomed us and helped prepare our weekend plans in Turin. Breakfast was outstanding, with unlimited fine Italian espresso. Free parking directly in front, and easy public transit downtown for the day. Exactly what we hoped for. Robert is fantastic and helped us understand how to navigate the city. gave us tram tickets which is just outside. explained the sites of the city and helped us prioritize our time there. modest hotel with good location and good breakfast and parking. The hotel is placed not far from the high way which makes a life much easier to those who come with car. The staff in hotel is very nice and friendly and speak English. I highly recommend this sweet hotel. Good location for a moderate price.
