The hotel is set in the lovely location between trees. It has excellent sporting facilities (including 50m swiming pool) as well as a little decking along sea front where you can rest and enjoy lovely views.

The meals were served at the strict time intervals and it was not clearly communicated to us. As a result we missed our breakfast and were unable to get any other meal in exchange. Also, I was not very keen of the 'voucher system' where you had to purchase a token for a set amount to be able later on to pay for your purchases in a bar or coffee shop on the beach.

They had no record of our booking It took 1hour and 45 mins to check in!! After a 4 hour drive this was disgusting but they did get us rooms eventually

The general staff attitude was excellent. English was well spoken and there were no serious communication difficulties. Although dining was a bit of a bear garden the choice of food was perfectly satisfactory, wine was included and there were no difficulties with teenagers having second or third helpings. The range of pools, tennis courts, football etc, and entertainment generally seemed well designed for families. Lots of people seemed to be enjoying themselves including groups of children in what appeared to be well ordered school parties.

A car is essential to get anywhere else outside the complex. There is no "local" village to which one could walk. Sometimes the music was unnecessarily loud and went on very late at night. Not so good for anyone really needing a good night's sleep. Our room was some distance from the sources of music but the constant bass seemed to come through the ground. The beach was a short mini bus trip away but offered good swimming.

Old buildings with inpleasant interior. Very bad sound isolation: you will hear all your neighbours say and do regardless if they are in house or outside. Choise of food at breakfast is more than modest

The atomoshpere and staff were excellent. The best service. The pools and activities were lots of fun. Good entertainment! Lots of stuff to do. I had a nice view in the hotel room (the only nice thing)..looking off the med.

I paid way too much money for my run down room! Shower right beside the toilet! Closet door broken, paint chipping on the inside as well as the outside. Location miles away from everything. If I didn't bring my daughter I probably would have asked for my money back.

Hotel looks very tired and unkept. Needs updating. I will not be staying at this hotel again despite the fact that I have be travelling to the hotel since 2006. Disappointing trip in October 2013
