  Nice hotel. We had an amazing view. It's old, it's Italian, don't have the highest expectations. AC didn't get cool in our room, but it's was around 75F so not too bad. Parking is really minimal. I drive and SUV, parked it on the ramp and left the keys. The hotel staff moved around the vehicle and parked it. He is extremely efficient and kind. If you want to go to the beach ask Giuseppe for Playa del Sol.   The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Antonino greeted us and guided us to the apartment's garage. He even gave us a lovely welcome gift of some local handmade pottery. Comfortable bed, kitchen facilities and washing machine. The owner was very accommodating in helping us find the B & B ( drove his car to our parking spot & we followed him) and providing us with information about the city & how to get to Mt.

We liked the hotel and its setting so much that we stayed an extra - The staff were helpful & informative, breakfast was far better than I was expecting it to be with croissants, eggs, ham, cheese, plentiful fruit. The room comes equipped with a fridge & a safe, whic is handy. The location is brilliant, literally a 5 minute walk to the main strip but yet far enough away to not hear the hustle & bustle. The hotel comes with a huge veranda allowing for the most amazing views of Toarmina, including Mount Etna in the distance.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Antonio on reception who arranged car hire and airport transfers for us. Nothing was a problem for him. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a view of the beach and isola bella. Great selection for breakfast and reasonably priced snack menu. We felt we got good value for money. Thumbs up - The staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed only one night but the were happy for us to leave our car in their garage on the day we were leaving until 5pm so that we had time both to go to the beach in the morning and then to take the cable car to Taormina and have a good look around. The pool and roof terrace are great with fantastic views, likewise the restaurant/bar. If I was to go again I would definately stay for longer.
