Location adjacent to lake and city, very close to ferry terminals and bus services and within easy walking distance to train station. Efficient friendly staff. Very friendly, helpful staff. High level of cleanliness. staff. Hotel reception excellent. Room of good size, four balconies from our room, two over the lake and two over the piazza to the side of the hotel. Bed very comfortable, excellent shower. Good proximity to all amenities especially the ferries and excursions. At the price can not be faulted.
