The hotel is located in a beautiful place with beautiful view from the rooms. It has a private pool, but we never used that as the beach is so close and there is a elevator directly to beach with a panoramic view. The hotel has a private beach and there is a free WiFi on the beach as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We booked a family room with 4 beds and the room was really big and comfortable for 4 people.

Having seen the other local hotels from the outside, this hotel easily looks like the best one in spot orzo. We loved the view and the room was spacious and quiet. We had a small balcony which was lovely. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the breakfast room was outstanding. We would look forward to staying again. Fabulous room with sea facing balcony which enabled us to sleep with the sound of waves on the beach below. Restaurant was very good. Locaction is elevated but there is a lift to beach level. the entire staff from Receptionists - Anna and Eleana were exceptional and the breakfast staff were equally friendly and professional. Private beach is expensive. The driveway up to the hotel was extremely steep and has 2 very tight turns to enter/exit car park. (More difficult with a heavy touring motorcycle than a car.) The restaurant menu was pretty limited, though the food and the service was very good. There was free parking but the access to it was very narrow and steep and when the hotel was fully booked there would not be enough spaces. Not much really. Dinner starts too late 19:30 so headed for downtown. At first we got a room with a "mountain view" which was overlooking a building site so make sure you book sea view. The aircon in room was very noisy, hard to sleep. The tortuous (hills and hairpins) drive to park outside. Tile floor was without any covering (if to pick holes)). Only one uncomfortable plastic chair. But not a big deal. We went and got a second chair from the meeting room. far from the center. limited parking lots. Difficult to get to the beach. 12 euro per/day for cleaning must be in Booking information. View outside the window was wonderful, but the hotel room, without the terrace spoils all the rest. You can not enjoy the wonderful Italian warm evenings with wine on the terrace when the kids are asleep. Very limited parking available. Rooms extremely basic. Seemed a little overpriced. The location is definitely 4 star, the hotel is not !!. The swimmingpool was too small, there was no sun shining at the swimmingpool (mountains blcking sun) There are no shopping facilities in the surroundings. Everything was an extra charge Bikes poorly serviced, lights broken No explanation of facilities. Had to guess what to ask for. Poor by Best Western standards. Didn't recognise BW Rewards scheme booked through letsbookhotel.com. Stinginess, for 170 Eu / day, to charge extra for hotel parking space and 20 Eu / day for beach chaise-longues is exaggerated. Not enough parking, we had to park at the bottom of the hill and walk up to the hotel.Constant harassment on the beach by peddlers selling parkas, of all things. very poor signs to find the hotel when arriving, inspite of a navigator in the car.I told the staff but they just smiled!! Car Parking!! Not value for the monej.
