The delightful caretakers, the lovely building, the location in the hills with a view of the Rocca, being able to walk through the woods to Spoleto. Amazing view over Spoleto from our window with sunsets in the evening. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. A minor thing, we came down to breakfast at 9 am and they had run out of juice and only had one piece of fruit left, (though there was cake and bread and jam still). And breakfast runs until 9.30.
