If you are looking for a top flight hotel with staff and management that attend immediately to you every wish and anticipate those that are not yet expressed, look no further. I travel as part of my profession and can say without doubt that the beauty, location and services of this facility are beyond comment. Start your stay with a candlelight dinner on the terrasse ovrlooking the Bay of Naples

We were upgrade from a garden view room to a sea view room with a 20 sqm terrasse facing Capri. Fantastic surrondings, hotell and ambiance. very service oriented personnel, nice breakfast, close to city. The pool area and the sea area were fantastic. We justed loved it!

Absolutely stunning views from the terrace. Lovely feel to the hotel lobby. Accomodating staff.

The room on our first night was very noisy (traffic and construction), but we were changed to another room with no trouble the next night.

The wonderful location and most of the staff were very friendly andattentive.

Some of the staff at times, at breakfast and during the one dinner wehad in your restaurant during our stay could have been a littlefriendlier! All of my family enjoy good coffee and we found the littlepots of coffee offered at breakfast too weak. We felt it was a bit of abother for staff when we asked for an espresso doppia with breakfast!

Location was good. View was great - across the bay of Naples. Service was very good.

We had a room under the dining room and, as the floors were tiled, any movement of furniture was very noisy in the room. Also the balcony was very small. I mentioned both in my comments form to the hotel on leaving.

Great position, views, terraces etc

We were very disappointed with our room. Inward facing as said on the web site, but this needs to be more specific, we were facing into a light well, the room was dark and depressing. When I asked for assistance to change I was basically told, "ou booked it you live with it" the general manager was very unhelpful
