Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well. The hotel is right on the lake. They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Some have a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good (they will bring you eggs cooked how you want and cappuccino). They had free parking too which is nice.

We walked around the town and we were quite close to the middle of Sirmione, about 200m. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio.
