Very kind and fantastic service from from all the personal at Hotel Eden. Very good breakfast. Perfect location and very nice view over the Lake Garda. Stunning hotel - excellent location staff very friendly.Location. This hotel was in an excellent location with wonderful views of the lake. Breakfast was a real treat with tables located with wonderful views. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. There were wonderful views stretching over the lake from the balcony. The resort was lovely with nice shops and restaurants within easy reach (a few minutes walk).

Also there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night. It did not appear that the staff had any idea about whether it was false or not. Hotel guests were left standing outside with no one giving any information on what to do. The parking is a little tricky but manageable. Lift old and decrepit and unreliable and too small. Could do with a bit of a facelift. No internet,. The bathrooms could use tissue paper. everything was good. room decoration very 1970's. The rooms are very very old and not in the good way they need renovation, bed was very uncomptable, in general the room was very disapointing. I will probably never visit this hotel for the money I paid.Unfortunately we were given a room at the back of the hotel and as the waste was collected every morning at 3.00 a.m. this woke us up. The rooms also need updating - our room was definitely not a 4 star room. I daresay the rooms with a lake view are somewhat larger. If your last minute rates are only for such rooms I feel this should be pointed out. The air conditionioning did not work and it was really hot, there were cobwebs in the room.Poor breakfast (having arrived from a much better priced Hotel in Garda) Room decoration dull and depressing!. The staff behind reception apart from the manager where very un-helpful. The rooms and decor where very basic and our bathroom had a cracked mirror and tiles. It is also very noisy at night.
