  great place to stay in Siena - Travelling by car, we found the hotel more easily than we expected. We were given excellent advice at the hotel on parking in Sienna and using the escalator system to enter the old town. The rooms were good and were excellent value, as the prices were low.

  The room was lovely but the ladies at the front desk made the stay the best -- from mailing my postcards to providing hot water for tea at night. We had DSL in the room which was great.   The staff (Georgia and team) were very gracious, welcoming and professional. Their suggestions and assistance on everything from selecting tours to handling dirty laundry made our time in Siena fantastic! Our room was immaculate and spacious. Maid service was friendly and convenient and the breakfast was fantastic--we were so comfortable, it almost... what people say » started to feel like home! - Georgia, the Inn Keeper was delightful. She made us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for dining in the area as well as help with travel arrangements and sight seeing. We had to leave the hotel very early in the morning - 5:30am to catch the train to Rome on our last day and she arranged for our taxi and provided us with a box breakfast to take with us.
