1 - Carlo was an amazing host! He was very nice, caring, and even gave us a little gift when we checked out after just one night. He also generously offered his assistance for the rest of our Tuscan journey should anything have happened to us. 2 - The BnB is on the top of the hill, having a good view of the Siena fields, and was only 5 minutes away from the train station. It wasn't shown on Google Maps but in front of the train station is a big shopping mall where there is a chain of 8 escalato.
all reviews » Can be agree, that it`s a good and more modern place, than you can find usually in Italy for small price. It is like a private room with your own bathroom in a big flat. Good room, good bathroom, really. In small hotels usually there is a problem with water - it`s cold or going down bad. It`s not about this place :) Everything work good. It`s really like some other world from Italy :) Carlo really is a very open and bright person. He LOVEs this place with all his heart and you will feel it in e. Best B&B I ever stayed in Italy. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Very convenient location. Not far from the railway station and big shopping center, 10 min to the bus station or the old town. Great view. Friendly and helpful host. We stayed in Siena for one night and I highly recommend this beautiful city and the B&B of Pierro Carlo. We received from him a very friendly welcome. The room was large, quiet and clean. It is easily accessible from the train station (via the escalator of the mole in front of the station). The historical center of Siena is also a few minutes away by walk. This was the best place we have stayed in Italy due to its authentic comfortable feel. Carlo the owner and manager was more than helpful and very friendly. The location was excellent for access to/from the train station, accessed easily via the escalator; and the centre of town a pleasant walk down the street. Well worth a visit. The location of the B&B is very close to the station and value for money. Carlo Pierro is very nice and helpful to help me kept my big luggage in his B&B after checking out from his place for a few days that made my vocation more conviience to visit another city! Thank you!. Pierro is a very nice guy and very helpful. He gave me a triple room which is big enough for a solo traveller like me. The location, it was very close to the town, made it an ideal place to stay and see the sights. We booked specifically to visit the Palio, which was amazing, and Carlo was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, making you feel as if you are at home. Very nice location: from the train station just take the escalator up to town. The location was ideal; right between "the escalator" and the city center. The room was clean and well appointed. The "host"; PERFECTION!!!. The host was very frienldy and helpful. The room was spacious, by Italian standards. Carlo is the best. He will make you feel right at home. Friendly Good Location Very clean and convenient. 1 - Breakfast was a little too simple. It would have been great with fresh bread. 2 - The BnB is within an apartment building so it was a bit hard too find. A sign/signboard from the street would be great. These two points are minor to us though. I was at the end of September and it was rather cold in room, especially in the evening and night. The floor is from ceramic tile, so, take it to attention. I had to buy slippers on a thick sole in market. And also, noise isolation is not good, but it`s normal for hole Italy :) You can have some problems to find the place for the first time. Ask Carlo to send PrtSc of the map with the location and pics of the street. It would be helpful for you. Nothing. nothing. It was a little difficult to find as its in an apartment block, however it is easy to get to from the train station, if you just go up all the escalators and then take a left. There is nothing to say... The B & B was hard to find, as it was located in an urban office/housing block. However once we recovered from our suspicion that we were in the wrong place, we were very happy with the value for money. Leaving!.
