comfortable bed, room with a balcony, fairly quiet, supermarket 5 mins walk from the hotel good breakfast (as for Italy) large and comfortable bathroom

Very hot in the room, A/C did not work in cooling option, it was blowing hot air inside. Restaurant is closed on Saturdays. Internet in the room - cable only, connection speed sometimes too low. No iron available for guests (ironing service only)

Location, very clean & tidy room, quiet

No facilities i.e. gym/ pool. Would have been nice, but didn't effect my stay. A limited choice of places to eat out nearby. However, the places on offer did offer very nice food - so again, not really a problem
