The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing. It is a very welcoming place in the transport hub, with all facilities close at hand and when our niece turned up from Milan to visit us unexpectedly they assisted by booking her in at a very reasonable rate at short notice. Among the heat of mid july and busy of tourists of streets of Rome I was so relieved to find a charming and very calm place to stay. The location is near to metro and bus connections to city center, but at the same time very quite and very green, two loarge public open parks are near to the hotel.

The room was lovely - clean, large and light. It was in a beautiful old palazzo with high ceilings. It was quiet and in an elegant and peaceful area of Rome, but with plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. We particularly appreciated the fact that you could use the shared kitchen to cook an evening meal, which as a family allowed us to save a bit of money on eating out.

I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains. I cant wait to come back!

A superb hotel for a short city break. The staff were very helpful, I had to email before arrival and answered promptly. It's in such a fantastic location, a stone's throw from termini and with lots of nice bars, restuarants and pizzerias on the doorstep.
