The hotel feels like it has only recently been renovated so it has that fresh new feel. The location is second to none - located near the Vatican Museum entrance. We could see the line forming in the morning from our hotel window! There is also a Carrefour Express & one other Italian supermarket on the same street.

It's a very central hotel next to termini station. The room is ok and the bathroom is clean. A cheep place for whom just need a safe place to sleep and rest after a busy day knowing Rome. -

visited Rome seightseeing with the bus - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all spoke english anddidnt mind answering any questions. Rooms were not huge but you arent inthem all that much anyway. Very close to the metro and Termini. Veryclean and also close to a local grocery store where you can get goodpriced wine and refreshments.

We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen.
Towers were changed everyday and beds were made.
Hot water for shower was good and consistent.
There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".
