We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. Very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Especially during the colder months where I found the room lovely and warm.

It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about this B&B. Alice, the owner, goes out of her way to make the guests feel at home. She even helped us when we had a medical emergency and even offered to drive us to the emergency room (which we luckily didn't have to).
