  It was very convenient Bed and Breakfast; 10 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini train station. Most of famous landmarks were walking distance as well. It has the best location, in the middle of the city, you have a walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean(and I´m pretty fussy with choosing hotels) and you have what you need in it.So it was a good surprise that it was so fresh. The personal is so helpful and sweet. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

  My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool.   Great location. Can walk just about every where except to the Vatican which is a bit far. But very close to the metro (5 min). Close to restaurant. More of a local area (vs very touristic area). Very convinient and has beautiful decoration. You can use the terrace all day and night, romantic, perfect for couples or even for group of friends.
