  This is a fantastically located hotel in central Rome. From the front door, a few steps left to Trevi Fountain / Taxi Stand / 10minutes walk to Barberini Metro station ( via del Tritone road) - turn right - a few steps to restaurant Agrodolce (recommended for its tasty fresh food - you will regret not eating here for food and service) and a few st... what people say » eps to the main shopping road of Via Del Corso ( many clothing / handbag boutiques from low to high end) The apartment is very secure with a locked e - very convenient to all attractions. Beautifully clean and spacious in a quiet area but only a few steps away from the Trevi fountain. We had difficulty initially locating the apartments, as there was no name indicating Domus Fontis on the exterior of the building. The breakfast was a continental one and more than adequate. The rooms were made up each day with fresh linen etc. The staff were very helpful, but unable to speak much English.

  "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay. ... what people say » Air con was great and we had cable tv for the international news. The hotel did a load of washing for me for only 5euro which was great! - Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!
