  The room was small (Europe Standard), but the staff more than made up for it. We were in Rome for the 08 Marathon and planned to check out on the same day. The Marathon had us running until 3pm, but the check-out was at 10am.   We stayed in the Marchesi apartment. The apartment was quite large, updated and in a really good location. It had a lift so getting our 4 large luggage up to level 2 was no problem. Although the lift is really tiny. Staff was nice. They were able to change our appointment time to an hour later as our luggage got left behind in Paris and we needed ... what people say » the extra time to sort everything out. We got to check in early, leave our luggage there but were asked to leave and come back at 2pm as the cleaner n - We stayed in the Campo de Fiori apartment, its key benefit being the superb location. You get the best of both worlds here: arguably Rome's most vibrant neighborhood at your doorstep; and much needed peace and quiet - all at the same time.   Room was great!! Cozy, Clean with good facility We have request for early Check-in and room with balcony. Eventhough they cannot promised us, they have arranged the best they can. They can allow us for early check-in but since room with balcony is really full, they offer us room with inside garden view instead which is great also!!   Gabriella (the staff) was very helpful and kind that we feel like her "old friends". Breakfast was very good. Room was homely with small, but the clean bathroom. The room does´nt has the real window, that is why the nights were there very dark and silent for very good rest. We look forward to staying again at Lofts in Rome and hope Gabriella still... what people say » will be there. Věra Likérová + Václav Kňourek, Prague, Czech - The staff named Gabriella was so helpful, courteous and kind that I feel short of words to appreciate her. Besides , breakfast was satisfactory. Rooms are very well sized and toilets are really nice with Bede make life easier. I look forward to staying again at Lofts in Rome.

  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.
