It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip. Anna was especially amazing. And the morning breakfast crew was so good to us. The food was delicious and plentiful. We couldn't have been happier with the staff at Hotel Lunetta

Ripetta Rooms is a fairly new establishment. It is perfectly located for access to the metro station and other public transport. The main shopping areas are also only a short walk away. the facilities are excellent and the staff that run the establishment are absolutely great. Great location, everything is close . 25 minutes walking and you are in Vatican. Next to the hotel : Piazza Navona - 1 minute, Pantheon, Trevi , Locanda Navona, Via del Corso , Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Popolo . A lot of caffes around the hotel. Cleaning room every day.
