The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was the best location in Rome to stay if you want to be close to restaurants and bars and only a short walk from all the main attractions.

Genuine and personal atmosphere, with very welcoming personnel. Close to the Vatican, restaurants, shopping, and metro/bus stations. Feels very new, fresh and always clean. The breakfast is not much, tea or coffee and a croissant, but it's the Italian way. You eat your breakfast at a small bar/café across the street and the place is truly genuine and filled with locals drinking their morning coffee.

Great location! Very close to public transportation, within a 30 minute walk of major tourist venues, and VERY convenient to the Vatican.
Due to airline issues beyond our control we came in MUCH later than check in and the owner accommodated that which we really appreciated.
